Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) NESTLÉ IDEAL EVAPORATED MILK
  • 3 x 60 g NESTLÉ BAR-ONE Chocolates
  • Seasonal fruit

Method

  • Place 2/3 cup (160 ml) NESTLÉ IDEAL EVAPORATED MILK in a small saucepan and heat gently.
  • Add 3 x 60 g NESTLÉ BAR-ONE Chocolates and stir over medium heat until melted and thickened.
  • Alternatively, microwave NESTLÉ IDEAL EVAPORATED MILK and BAR-ONE Chocolates on medium power for 5 - 6 minutes, stirring frequently until melted and thickened.
  • Skewer chunks of seasonal fruit onto kebab skewers.
  • Serve sauce warm with fruit kebabs.
  • * Variations: Add 1 Tbsp (15 ml) NESCAFE CLASSIC and 1Tbsp (15 ml) coffee or orange liqueur and serve as a dessert fondue with fresh fruit, biscuits and marshmallows for dipping.
  • Or serve Bar-One sauce over your favourite NESTLÉ COUNTRY FRESH ICE CREAM.
