• 200g Self-Raising Flour
  • 500g Castor sugar
  • 1 tin Nestle Dessert Cream
  • ¼ t Salt


  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease a Baking tray.
  • Sift flour and salt into a large bowl.
  • Season.
  • Add sugar and Nestle Dessert Cream combine until the dough forms.
  • Do not over mix.
  • Portion mixture to desired shape.
  • Place the mixture onto a baking tray, brush with egg or milk and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until cooked and golden in colour.
  • Serve warm with cream or butter.
