- 200g Self-Raising Flour
- 500g Castor sugar
- 1 tin Nestle Dessert Cream
- ¼ t Salt
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a Baking tray.
- Sift flour and salt into a large bowl.
- Add sugar and Nestle Dessert Cream combine until the dough forms.
- Do not over mix.
- Portion mixture to desired shape.
- Place the mixture onto a baking tray, brush with egg or milk and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until cooked and golden in colour.
- Serve warm with cream or butter.
