Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) unsweetened lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried mixed herbs
  • A pinch Cayenne pepper
  • A pinch chilli pepper
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
  • Warm bread
  • Nachos
  • Potato chips

Method

  • With a blender or in a food processor, mix 2 ripe avocados, 2 tsp (10 ml) unsweetened lemon or lime juice (lime is the authentic Mexican flavour to use), 1 tsp (5 ml) salt, 1 tsp (5 ml) dried mixed herbs, a pinch Cayenne pepper, a pinch chilli pepper and 2 Tbsp (30 ml) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Serve with warm bread, nachos, potato chips, or anything you can dunk.
  • Also a must in wraps and marvellous on steak.
