Ingredients

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • ½ cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup (180ml) breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup (200 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) chopped chives
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried tarragon
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180º C.
  • Coat 12 chicken drumsticks in ½ cup (125 ml) mayonnaise and then in ¾ cup (180ml) breadcrumbs.
  • Place on a greased oven tray and bake for 45 mins, until cooked and golden.
  • For the dipping sauce, combine ¾ cup (200 ml) mayonnaise, 2 tsp (10 ml) fresh chopped parsley, 2 tsp (10 ml) chopped chives, 1 tsp (5 ml) dried tarragon and ⅓ cup (80 ml) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream.
