1 Packet Tennis Biscuits
½ Packet ginger biscuits*
375ml fresh cream, whipped
1 can (360g) NESTLÉ Caramel Treat
150g NESTLÉ Peppermint Crisp
1 Bar (80g) NESTLÉ Albany Dark Chocolate, melted
45ml fresh cream
40g NESTLÉ Peppermint Crisp
fresh mint sprigs
Place the biscuits into a mixing bowl and roughly break into small pieces.
Spoon the NESTLÉ Caramel Treat into a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Add the whipped cream and coarsely grate ½ of the NESTLÉ Peppermint Crisp over the top.
Lightly fold to combine the mixture.
Place a spoonful of the crumbled biscuits in the base of each serving dish and top with a spoonful creamy mixture.
Top with a little extra grated Peppermint Crisp and repeat the layers ending with grated Peppermint crisp.
Cover and place the desserts in the refrigerator to set and until ready to serve.
To serve, mix the melted chocolate and cream together until smooth.
Remove the NESTLÉ Peppermint Crisp desserts from the refrigerator and top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, some roughly chopped shards of NESTLÉ Peppermint Crisp and a sprig of fresh mint.
