Participants in this Competition stand a chance to win:
1 of 6 TakeALot vouchers valued at R1000 (one thousand Rand) each valid for one year. The draws for the Vouchers will take place as follows:
13 August 2018 (entries for this draw close on 12 August 2018 at 23:59 CAT);
27 August 2018 (entries for this draw close on 26 August 2018 at 23:59 CAT);
4 September 2018 (entries for this draw close on 2 September 2018 at 23:59 CAT);
11 September 2018 (entries for this draw close on 9 September 2018 at 23:59 CAT);
19 September2018 (entries for this draw close on 18 September 2018 at 23:59 CAT);
25 September 2018 (entries for this draw close on 30 September 2018 at 23:59 CAT); and
1 fine dining experience for themselves and 3 friends to the value of R5000 (five thousand Rand) at the Maximillien restaurant in Sandton, Johannesburg (“Dine Exp”). The Dine Exp:
is valid for 2 weeks after announcement of winner;
does not include accommodation and transport to the venue (The Maximillien restaurant, Sandton Johannesburg);
value of R5000 (five thousand Rand) includes a 3 course meal and drinks for the winner and 3 of his/her friends only; and
draw will take place on 1 October 2018.
How to claim your prize:
Seven winners will be selected by random draw in the presence of the Nestle brand team and Nestle legal team. The voucher winners will be chosen weekly and the grand prize winner will be chosen within 2 weeks from the closing date of the competition.
At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of the Promoters at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents and a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Promoters’ representative.
The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to the Promoters. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
If the Promoters are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners after 3 (three) attempts made within 3 (three) working days of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Eligible winners will have their prizes delivered to them by a representative of the Promoters based on the information they will have shared via the above mentioned telephonic conversation.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the Promoters to ensure compliance with these Rules.
